Benjamin Rundall

Litigator and Trial Attorney

A long time Arizona resident, Ben went to high school in Arizona (Gilbert High School) and obtained his law degree from Arizona State University (Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law). From the outset of his legal career, Ben has focused his energy on representing the "little guy." From seriously injured clients battling dug-in insurance companies (and their lawyers); to small businesses unfairly bullied by their larger adversaries, and finally, to citizens wronged by their own government, Ben has consistently stood up for the "Davids" of the world against their "Goliaths."

In addition to his civil litigation and trial work, Ben also practices in the areas of Medical Liens and Federal Indian Law/Tribal Law. Ben has successfully reduced or defeated six-figure liens on behalf of his clients and prides himself on holding insurance companies and medical providers accountable for their charges to patients/clients. As an indigenous rights proponent, Ben is also proud to represent both individual and tribal interests in state and tribal courts across Arizona. Ben works hard to make sure that the rights of tribes and tribal members are understood, preserved, and protected.

Ben is currently a member of the Executive Council of the State Bar's Indian Legal Section and serves on the Museum and Cultural Advisory Board for the City of Mesa.

Benjamin Rundall took great care of me. I was going nowhere with trying to get information for my case, and he fought to get me everything I needed and went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He checked in with me on a regular basis and made what started off as a horrible experience, a lot more bearable. I truly would like to say thank you. And If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you to Benjamin Rundall and Honor Law Group for your help.
